Desert Door will offer a variety of cocktails made with wild-harvested sotol from West Texas—a favorite of pollinators. A special cocktail featuring Desert Door’s Conservation Series, “The Pollinator,” will also be available.

Light refreshments and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided. Additional food will be available for purchase at the event for those with bigger appetites.
